Why dose my body keep randomly heat up?

Like rn I was at normal human temperature but then after literally a minute later I suddenly felt so-
SWEATY and warm?!😭

URGH- and sometimes when I cough I suddenly feel like I’m out of breath and if I don’t drink water when that happens, I throw up
