Loy and Sab are canonically brothers.
Sab and Loy were twins when they were born, but Sab died at a young age being 11.
Sab was treated better than Loy, which Sab doesn't like, and keeps trying to suggest to treat him and Loy equally, which parents lied and didn't care.
And reason it's called the "Petscop Au" because this "game" exists in the AnimeMaker earth, which the father owned.
