How beating sleep paralysis is feels

So first when you get sleep paralysis you can't move and your paralyzed and if your unlucky enough you get a sleep paralysis demon well i was sleeping then i woke up to sleep paralysis and my body was hurting you can't hear anything or move and it hurts when you attempt to move it feels like 1000 pounds on you and it's keeping you from moving and then it hurts so much too the point i cry and then a weird black figure is on top of me and then it's just a bear so then the first thing I'm able to move is my fingers then my hand and with the bit of strength i have i can move. But your in agony pain
