They aren’t the same because red ribbon is the nightmare/dream version of green. Green and red ribbon they DO not share the same body, the only reason why you see green with a yellow/blue eye is because of his blood loss or panicking. Red ribbon is just a hallucination version of him self when he’s is dreaming.
