While indeed the germany leader, Adolf Hitler, was very harsh to his soldiers, by sending them to eastern front without remorse, he was even worse than that, with his sent of "Rules".

The entirety of the "Rules" system was very bad for the civilians and troops, the most damaging one for the entirety of german people was the rule number 34.
