Herobrine has been in mincraft sence 1.1 update the first player announced that they were playing mincraft on a single player game after a long time they saw a person as so they taught put noch the old creator of minecraft said he is not real after quitting on mojang the other creator claims that fine he is real.
And then the word spread. People had made fake videos that herobrine was real or how to summon him.
The thing that shocks players is that what herobrine does to their world.
Now this is a little interesting because in every update herobrine was told to be removed until one update 1.16 update the nature gears update in 2012 that update was the only update that did not remove herobrine.
