yeah Ik not to follow every single advice from the internet, but my parents keep saying ‘0h it’ll be fine’ and they won’t do anything about it 🐝

I had a similar thing happen to me in 2018/19, put some medicine and wrap it up with a white bandage and every now and then reapply the medicine and put a new bandage id say about every 5 hours maybe. when I say medicine I mean anti-inflammatory medicine and uhh some ice. The bandage type thats best for what ur detailing I think are ace bandages or wrap up white bandages. but its best not to take advise from over the internet and check with a doctor or a parent instead.
