I think I might have a bit of kenophobia

I wan gonna sit on my knees to be more comfortable while drawing, and looked up and remembered my TV wasn't there because of moving, it scared me, it was so quiet, the area was so empty, once I saw that and realized how quiet It was i immediately felt fear, and plus it's dark, I hate it right now..
