I feel better-ish, ima listen to my favorite songs and hope it makes me feel any better, bc now with this guilt I feel I won't eat at school now and I won't be so social, I'm depressed IRL and I don't ever tell anyone but my close friends, I haven't even told my parents I'm depressed yet, bc I don't want therapy again

I feel guilty for things I do to but everyone makes mistakes and I'm glad that he wasn't mad at u and try listening to calm song like cavetown or other calm songs if u steel feel sad and I hope ur okay now

We're calling each other rn and playing Roblox and he's getting my mind off all this so I can feel better but I have this guilt forever and people can hurt my friend and I feel so so bad, I don't wanna exist sometimes

I feel guilty for every single thing and every single mistake I have made, I called my friend and told him about the situation of sending out his phone number then deleting it and he said it was totally fine and if someone dose track him he wouldn't be worried he could just call the police.
