some tips I’ve learned, the elbow should kinda meet with the bellybutton, and the tips of the fingers should reach nearly halfway down the thigh :)

The muscles are drawn very well. The arm is too short, and the legs might be too wide or it might be something else? Idk I'm also bad with legs.
You can have perfect anatomy but it will still looks really off if the proportions are incorrect.
Once you know exactly how to draw the body how you want, you can draw it MUCH much quicker.
