Ok i figured it out

Like a gif
It's ez
First long tap it (or put two fingers on the gif you want)
Then press download, once it downloaded go back to Anime Maker click your pf then press edit profile click the spot where you usually change your pfp then go to downloads and click the gif you downloaded
