I mean sometimes I draw references but I search on Google images of how they look like then draw them. Like that one post I did with the reference of Pizza Tower

Hmm.. Ik how to help you, watch videos on YouTube until you get a drawing that you think is perfect, then draw another thing without YouTube with the same style (thats what I did)
