At age 18, Fred (or Fredrick Mielheimer) joined our army
He adored General Franz (Franzei Mielberg (they were born in the same city)) when he was 20. Because he charged at a crazy battalion and division of 200,000 men and he only had 10 000. He was successful due to the enemy having not knowing the German grounds well.
