Yeah and Caraway is really mad at him.
So she runs away to witch school in hopes to bring her mother back
But the villain encourages her to work with the bad guy instead (She doesn’t know that they are bad)

then everything else happens

Maybe Ol' White killed her. Btw Ol' White is a potion type, technically a seasoning but it's to figure that he stands out.
