I’m not really sure how to put this or actually say it but I’ll try my best

This week / month has been horrible
ive been through multiple losses
therapy isn’t working
I’d like to list more but those are really personal

anyways, I’m just not really sure on what i can do anymore. I’ve tried to contact more help but I just drown in this ocean of thoughts that get more worse and worse by the second

i have horrible coping skills and I know that

i cant do much Right now

so im gonna do what’s best in this situation right now

If you had already caught on good job or..something. I don’t know

But uh I wanted to say thank you for all the support and love I’m truly grateful for all of you.

aim glad I went back to this app and started posting again after a long time.

i wish I could say more but I don’t have the words.
