Apparentely if you say Grimace 3 trimes in the comments then Grimace Will appear out of nowhere and fore you to drink his b-Day shake.

Dont forget to follow or else Grimace Will appear under your bed at 3:00am and fore you to drink 1k of his shakes to kill you. Then you Will spit all the shake, dying without anyone knowing.
