I’m sad right now

One of my friends hasn’t been answering my calls, and every time she declined them, and then she texts me “I’m Busy”, or “Sorry, I’m out of town”, and I think she’s been avoiding me. I’ve been to her house before, and we have talked at school before. Honestly I think she is a friend who betrays people, and I think that’s what she’s doing to me. I had this happen once before, but this is the second time that it has happen.
