So, I just wanted to say something.
I have bulimia nervosa. If you don't know what that is itz basically an eating disorder where you binge eat and then over exercise, fast, or vomit.
Now that that's out of the way, I just wanted to say if there is anyone else on here struggling with an eating disorder, it's ok to eat. It's OK to NOT vomit or exercise or fast. You can get through this. Now this next part is ONLY to ppl struggling.
I challenge anyone struggling to not go on the scale for a week. Then EAT. And don't throw up. You can exercise but only for 1- 20 minutes. Hope you guys get better
