3 days of nothing but my asshole co workers, bitch manager, and sitting in my own thoughts. ( My wife is going on a business trip)

I feel like I’m not good enough for her so I think she might cheat and everything is hitting me at once and I’m so fucking stressed rn, and I don’t like myself and I don’t ever wanna be alone and this is why.
