the doctors havent discovered my autistic cousin autism

he always keeps his eyes wide open and thinks dangerous objects are safe to hit
he couldnt speak at all he could only make noises, he always kisses my hair???????!{]]]]
plus he keeps singing happy birthday to anyone whenever he sees flowers
he also stares at anyone new for like 10-20 minutes with his eyes wide open ( its so creepy )
i dont know what type of autism he has i need someone to at least tell me 🧍‍♀️
( hes a 5 years old kid )

He really needs help and taken care of.
He might have a really really bad mental health
Or maybe his autism level is 3, I hope your autistic cousins are feeling better mostly the 5 year old one
I searched about this and it said he might have OCD or maybe his mental health is really bad
