i tried to learn yugioh

i spent prob 4+ hours total trying to figure out the game, i know the cards and most of the rules/ mechanics but i dont even know good 40/60 decks, i want something mid for a game im making on scratch, if your too strong itll make the game too easy or too hard, i wanna keep the field spells in the game and not alot of duplicates other than fusion cards and monsters with around the same level for some spell/ritual cards that require that, or xyz monsters. i dont wanna just use 20% of the card game in it. (does anyone still play yugioh?)
