My finger hurts but not like it normally should

For some reason, I turned around yesterday very fast, but my finger pressed itself onto the cabinets, because of the sheer force of me turning around, but I punched the thing accidentally when turning around, it sounded like my head hitting a table, now it hurts when I slightly touch, that’s normal right, well there is something else, when I bend my finger even the slightest, it begins to immediately hurt, the pain is like in a small straight line but it’s in one place, and my finger is very hard to control and idk why.
