How would schools would make students attend and respond to this such a situation? 😣 The Philippines was plagued and was cursed by its geography and is vulnerable to extreme typhoons that occur in every single any other year. 🤯😳😰 Which explains why the country struggles to economically improve its economy, infrastructure, and agriculture in the country's distant parts. 😟

I remembered the day when the city was undergone flooding, therefore I'm hoping that living life under this circumstance will be good and alright in this month. 😔
