this is how i think the titan imploded

so at the depth of the titanic wreck, or 4,200 meters. the pressure would be equivalent to 408 atmospheres which in psi is.....6,000 or in kilopascals is more than 41,000. so all that pressure must have made the hull of the sub collapse.
