Like- when my brain makes random and weird pictures- I just hate it especially when the air conditioner is turned off there's this time when your brain makes a 'WAWaAAAAaaA' sound in your eardrums and I honestly think its annoying af

Yeah.. The person's hearing range is presumably quite smol and severe. The current existing technology today made “Hearing Aid” to prevent hearing loss, being implemented in the ear so the deaf person can hear.
