oh yeah i forgot an explaination
so i was on my computer at around 12:28AM and around to 40 second mark of the minute (trust me i waited for the next minute and it took around 10 - 20 secs) there were a bunch of flashing lights outside my window and it reminded me of something i thought i saw a day ago from when this happened so i took a quick note on AM

tl;dr: flashy lights outside window i think happened two times so i typed down the time
