Meet rain water!

He is sad. We don't know where her eyes are because her cork is covering them, they have chemicals in them. She is 0.5x smaller than OJ. Her fears are litteraly everything, that makes her sad. Except if you become a bff with her! Cork is stuck to her and super glue is making it stuck, only powerful ones and her can take it off. She is rarely happy, thats all the information we know about rain water.
Edit: there’s more, she is actually controllable of her feelings when she’s empty.
