Verse of today
"Blessed areThose who hunger and thirst for the righteousness,for they will be filled"-matthew 5:6 Niv
So basically what this verse means is who ever follows god's word will be blessed.but you must make an effort to do so,you cannot read the Bible and say "oh yea im saved now" you must reap the bible(do what it says) I've been reading the bible for a while and praying whenever and my life is going great now....that doesn't mean that you're automatically just gonna have everything handed to you, if you pray for something..lets say if you want to have more confidence and you pray for it god will not give you confidence he will give you a problem that can be solved with confidence or that takes confidence get it?
You ask for confidence he will teach it to you not hand it to you you must have determination in what you do and have FULL trust in god he doesn't want anything from you besides your love and loyalty.
