So then.
Recap thus far:
Wally the jester has been introduced.
He was around the king’s age.
And it ended with you, the king, sneaking him some jam on toast.
Now then.
Let us start.

You watched him eat up the toast. Goodness, he ate like a pig. He had jam all around his mouth. He giggled and grinned, licking his lips. He exclaimed, “Hehe, the usual toast and jam will NEVER get old!!~” He smiles, looking at you as you were sat down on your throne. You don’t smile back, as usual. You grumble and didn’t like how messy he was, and how there was strawberry jam all around his mouth. You sighed, and reach into your mantle, and pull out a handkerchief, and hand it to him. You tell him to eat properly for once. He grinned, accepting the handkerchief. He started to clean around his mouth, and spoke, “Well, look at me! I’m just a common jester! You’re are big and mighty king, your majesty!” He giggled, and gave you back the handkerchief. You had a little disgusted look on your face as you look at the handkerchief with jam that Jester returned to you. You sigh and put it aside on the little table desk beside you. You stand up, and adjusted your mantle. Wally got up as well, hopping on his shoes with bells, making a jingle noise. He said, “Where are ya going, your majesty??” You grunted, hating how Wally always asked questions about anything that was happening. You tell him that it’s none of his business and commanded him to stay in the throne room. He smiled and just shrugged, and sat down by your throne. You shake your head in disbelief and just leave the throne room. You opened the door, and slowly closed it. You were headed to your room when then a maid calls to you. You turn around and look at the maid. Your eyes were cold, but that was just how you looked. The maid bowed her head, doing a curtsy. She told you about an event that’s happening tonight. She told you that tonight, all the kings and queens are all meeting up at a grand party at the royal center where they hold balls and grand parties. You didn’t really want to spend your night at a party that would reek of alcohol and have ladies trying to soften up the other kings. You would rather spend your night in your cozy bed, going to sleep. The maid told you that you could bring one person to go with you. The maid suggested to bring a royal guard. You sigh. You tell her that you will think about going, and that she is dismissed now. The maid nods and bows her head, and walks off, continuing with cleaning work. You blinked. If you were to go.. who would you even go with? You don’t have anyone important in your life. You continue to rumble thoughts in your head as you walk to your room. You enter your room, and close the door. You head to your windowsill. And good god, it was already almost the evening. Talking with that jester had really made time fly. In a bad way of course. You grumble. But then you had a thought. What if you brought Wally? The maid did say that you could bring anyone. You think about it for some time. You then let out a long sigh, and head to your closet. You decided that you would bring Wally with you. You open the closet and go to find your royal attire you wear to go to grand balls. You then think again. You decide to find something for Wally too.
