I haven't talked much about the group I joined irl on this acc

So basically I joined this group irl my friend started called the Union of Midway and basically he leads it and hired private body guards and police and there's a government and stuff and civilians, stuff like that, and he is in a powerful position(let's just say, he's not a president, and neither am I.), he is the first, founder and most powerful leader, I am the second leader(He is known as the chief, or first head chief of the union, I have the same title except I'm the second, I help him lead, I have the same amount of power, and I take his place if he is absent or if he dies, or so he says.)
