Nope I couldn't control it at the time like now I just get trapped in my bed just waiting in my sleep for some sort of monster to eat me while I just sit there and not be able to move that's literally all sleep paralysis is just some sort of sleep demon trying to eat you in your dream and you're just stuck on a bed or a Surface or something and you can't move and you have to sit there and just watch as horrifying shit happens right in front of you. I named my sleep paralysis demon Bob btw
