okay so Henry was trapped in a void for at least 3 years, though he had a bed and a few belongings in there, so he really didn't complain about it at all.
Then one day, Nyla showed up from the real world on a mission to save an "anomaly" from the void that was one day from the collapse date since he had been there too long and was shifting the realities together since he wasn't even supposed to be there in the first place and it was a freak accident that he had even ended up there in the first place because nothing like that was thought to ever exist.
Nyla approached him and became acquainted with Henry before telling him about his impending doom if he hadn't gotten out of there in time; thus bringing him through a portal that was created with a device the corporation had made that she works for.
She then proceeded to toss him into a van (not literally) and get transported back to her workplace to get him registered in the files for people that have been saved from these celestial sort of accidents.
Her boss said she could take him with her for a date and she did just that, therefore getting them closer together and eventually starting to date.
It's been 5 years since then and now they're happily married.
