choir things

carrying my section tbh i got switched from soprano to alto (i'm a counter tenor sop2 - alto1ish) my director put me as an alto for this choir bc i have a very strong voice in lower ranges i was struggling with the high notes 😭😭😭 miss the sopranos sometimes but they told me they can finally hear the alto section raaaaah it's fun singing lower notes again it's coming back to me i havent sang low for a while

idk my actual voice range HELP i know i can hit very high notes like soprano 1s but it's hard for me to control the volume.... and i was told if i wanted to i can help sight read with the other tenors so i probably have a good range
