Thrift. An un-introduced character + his lore

Thrift! An old oc created by an old friend and myself. Thrift was made in art class!
The story idea was that Thrift lived in a world where what WE consider the top of the animal kingdom... is now the bottom!! This Meaning, a rabbit would be top class, and a cat would be at the bottom.
Thrift only has one set of claws on his paw due to the fact that they DE-CLAW cats and felines in general! The setting was western themed!! Next, we have this.. rabbit.. named Simon!! He had an old timey outfit. Simon was eventually to be Thrift's Canon boyfriend for some reason!! Simon was stuck up and snooty.. while Thrift here.. was deranged and nutty!! Humans do not exist in this world for some reason.. probably because it wasn't discussed. This orange tabby is one of my favorites!! But sadly, this character died with the friendship.
