Simon. Un-introduced character + his lore

Simon! This spoiled little rich boy wasn't given much lore, except for the fact that Thrift and himself were eventually Canon partners. What I did NOT mention... is that it was enemies to lovers! As said previously, this character died with the friendship. However, what I can tell you.. is that Thrift and Simon had an epic showdown where they drew their guns! Like a draw. They both missed. You don't expect an entitled rich boy to know how to use a flintlock Pistol, do you? He's never had to work a day in his life! Except for paperwork, of course.
