OHSM: Ep. 2 - “That was today?! Oh no…”

Bally, ABC Block and Guitar were chatting a lot. The class was making their way to social studies, and oh boor Bally had no idea what was coming for him.

ABC Block: Soooo, you ready for that presentation?

Guitar: Of course! I’m from Indonesia! What about you two?

ABC Block: Oh, me and Bally are Hispanic.

Bally: W- Wait, that was today?!

ABC Block: Well, duh dude! Wait- Don’t tell me.

Bally: .. Uh oh.

Bally: (Fuck.. shit… oh god… I’m so screwed.. I’m done, I’m finished…

ABC Block and Guitar in unison: You forgot?!

Sticky: Hush! We’re in the middle of the hallway!

(I’m just gonna call ABC Block “ABCB” for short and also ABCB calls Bally “Ball Boy” for fun)
ABCB: Okay, okay, Jeez… wait. Ball Boy, I have a plan!

Bally: Don’t call me Ball Boy… and what is it?

ABCB would huddle Guitar and Bally and himself together.

ABCB: *whisper whisper*

They would get out of the huddle.

Guitar: Ooh! Good plan! Mr. Globe is definitely gonna let this slide!

Bally: Sure… will it work, though?

ABCB: Whaaa? Of course, lil bro! I got your back!

Bally: … Thank you.. I guess. You’re such a nice brother.

The class arrived to Mr. Globe’s room before the bell rung, right on time. As everyone stammered into the classroom, Guitar and Bally exchanged looks.

Guitar: Okay, good luck!

Bally: *blushes* Oh! T- Thanks, Guitar!

Guitar would kiss Bally on the cheek. Bally’s face dusts with blush.

Bally sits down in his wooden seat. Dagger sat to his left, and Bloomy sat to his right.

Dagger: Hey dork. I heard your discussion. I’m gonna tell the teacher.

Bally: W- What?! Please don’t!…

Dagger: Aww, you gonna cry? Little baby?

Bally: *starting to tear up* Stop…! I- I’ll buy you lunch!

Dagger: Really? Extra nuggets?

Bally: Extra nuggets.

Dagger: Fiiiiiine.

ABCB sat up from his seat, signaling Bally to come with him. Bally gets up and they both walked to Mr. Globe’s Desk.

Mr. Glock: Heyy, hello there gentlemen! Ya need something?

Bally: Well… erm… eueeuuuuuuHhHhhhhHHhHhHhh-

ABCB: Me and Bally would like to present together, because, well, we’re brothers.

Mr. Globe: Oh, of course kids!

Bally: (… LET’S FUCKING GOOOOOO-)

ABCB: Thanks, sir!

Bally and ABCB walked back to their seats. One by one, the students went up and presented their culture. Switchy was from El Salvador, Juicebox was from Germany, Pocket Folder was from Russia, Kiwi Boba was from Japan, etc. The last two people to present were Bally and ABCB. Bally nervously walked forward while ABCB walked confidently. It was just the two brother standing in front of the classroom, and awkward silence. Breaking the silence, Dagger gets up from his seat and whispers something to Mr. Globe. As Dagger finishes whispering to him, Mr. Globe has a disappointed expression on his face. Dagger walks to his seat and sits back down. Bally notices this, and gets nervous. More silence, which is broken by ABCB starting the presentation.

ABCB: So, our presentation is about our culture from Spain. We-

*RIIIIIINNNGG!!*

ABCB: Ah. Damn it.

Everyone stampedes out of the classroom. As Bally packs his stuff into his backpack for the next class, he saw Dagger smirking at him, menacingly. Why… is he doing that..? Bally thought. Then he realized. Dagger had snitched on him. He looked at Mr. Globe who was signaling for Bally to see him. It was just him and Bally. Sitting in the classroom silently. Rambles of kids fill the background with noises.

Bally: …

Mr. Globe: I’ll write you a late pass.

Bally slowly trudges towards Mr. Globe.

Mr. Globe: I am very disappointed with what you did. You were supposed to be prepared. Not unprepared. For that, I will call Mrs. Rose. Don’t worry, it’s not much of a big deal.

Bally looks down in shame.

Bally: … Okay…
