GUILT

Do you ever make a joke then someone calls you out for being mean then you realize yeah you were being an ass and you apologize then you feel super guilty and then want to like die or something and you keep making it about yourself in your mind or something yk?? That sucks I’m working on myself I promise but yk I can keep telling myself that they won’t remember what I said in a few weeks all I want still won’t change nothing
