how to skip meals without people suspecting pt 1

1.) water bottle trick
use an opake water bottle and spit your food out in it but make it look like youre drinking (make it empty) and dump it out in the toilet after meals
2.) sleeves, pockets, shoes
shove food in sleeves pockets and shoes when no ones looking
3.) food poisoning
give yourself food poisoning, or fake it, 2 days before you need to fast go to a friends house so u can pretend to get food poisoning there and then act all sick
4.) start a big argument before dinner
no ones gonna want to sit down and eat together if youre all mad
5.) rush out
make plans wirh a friend for dinner but dont eat
6.) period
say your periods eating at your appetite (only works for girls)
7.) napkin
spit your food in your napkin, aim for highest cal foods
8.) eat in your room
but flush it or hide it
9.) go on a walk
say you want to exersize and bring the food on your walk but dont eat
10.) cutting the food
make it look like you ate more than you actually did sprrading it around the edges making caves and make it vertical
