plan for today
my mom and i are having perogies for dinner and theres 12 of them in the box and each has 50c ill grab 4 but say my pereod is messing with my appetite and eat 3 for a total of 150c
idk how ill burn off by walking today because i have a club until 5 after school
once i get home ill do a workout video to burn 500c
it takes an hour to burn 500c by walking should i spend my hour at home doing that or the workout video?
i decided ro spend my hour doing that rhen rhe workout video if i need to burn extra cals
