with little sauce
and cheese
and 1/2 of a sassage
and a peice of garlic bread
and i feel so fat
i hate thag my paretns make plans without me knowing about food
im gonna cry
im just thinking of all the calories
maybe 300
aaaah
this ruines my plan
now i only have 575 cals left for the week
maybe i can manage that
50 for lunch on saturday and sunday
225 for dinners
ugh
