im having skme issues with walking outside

my dad snd i had a fight and hes been threatening me and im paranoid and afraid hes going to kidnap me (he knows where i walk and its a really small neighborhood he knows where i live too)
and im afraid hes going to hurt me so i cant go outside as much
im trying to do indoor workouts but its not easy bc my mom yk
