391 left wowowow i used to eat 600 in a day now i ate it in a week i dont think i need snacks so that can be my total
i wanna try for 500 next week ill fast friday so i can save 100 cals and ill aim for lower calorie dinners at the grocery store
i think i should become vegan
veggables arent bad anf their low calorie
like 1 cup of mixed vegtables is 25 calories
if i have that my mom would allow that servibg size so i could get out of dinner
