Fuck it, I'm not gonna lie to you guys

I'm worried about my health
I've been feeling shitty recently, and thought about doing some stuff I shouldn't be thinking of doing
Luckily I stopped myself
And physically
Physically I'm sick as hell
I've passed out 3 times in the past couple days
I've been coughing up blood and sick for two months now
My cardiac syncope is getting a lot worse, to the point my blood pressure was 60/60 this morning after passing out a couple hours ago
Every part of me has been hurting recently and my eyesight is deteriorating, along with my hearinh

I'm going to the ER if I faint even once more today, and tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment
I'll keep y'all updated ❤️
