slight vent

honestly it's frusterating seeing mental illness so generalized and i have to clarify i am Indeed mentally ill and not in the cute way and i have to express that my mentall illness is genuienly dehabilitating and some people claim that i'm faking ahen i have gone to the doctors to get treated for Said Illnesses they have literally told me to seek mental help immediately and everyone still goes "but you don't look xyz" you're going to FLIP your shit finding out that people dont have to express specific symptoms it took me months to come to terms that i am a narcissist and that the thoughts in my head aren't what other people think about and when i talk to new people i want to clarify that i'm mentally ill so they know what they're in for but i can't do that Because Everyone thinks i'm faking like what do you want me to do get a doctors note that says "yes akane is ill" like a school excuse note sometimes i wonder if in reality i'm just normal and im in a world full of crazy people
