So basically my school has made a new rule

If you miss more then three days they can legally take you to court and your not allowed to leave yes that even means for funerals or grieving

They cannot legally do that, (I study law for GCSE), they have to allow absences for funerals, holiday, grieving, sickness and appointments.
And they can only take you to court for property damage and harm to staff/pupils
They have to repeal that if it's true
But
It's probably just for scare factor
