Uhh.. Idk what I should say

my throat feels like its on fire and i’ve been eating the strangest shit
some type of taco version of a lunchable ripoff
a caramel kitkat
and some weird crisps that taste unnaturally good
and water with some ripoff pepsi, monkey peanuts, a sprite and some orange juice yesterday because my mum thought my blood sugar was low

I feel like I'm on fire because the wounds are kinda like uh.. burning. And I can't go to sleep because of it. It's 2.00.. sad
