like ive done omads on buisness days last year and fasting from friday to sunday sometimes i didnt even do that i just omaded most days and went from 115-95 in like 3 months the only like dying symptoms i experienced was loss of bladder control and hard time bretheing and euphoria and my legs hurting like fuck(found out thats electrolyte imbalence) and my nails and hair thinning and me not healing as quickly
i just dont think i should go that seveare yk?
mayne i should just do a little less than last year like 350 cal limit every day with low exersize?
i read this article that if you eat 500 cals a day itll be like youre eating nothing and youll die at rhe same time you would if you ate nothing at all
i guess im just paranoid

last year i had 3 days of fasting a week and the rest i ate omad and thursdays was my cheat days
ill eat omad mon tue wed and thu and fri i wont eat anything itll count as 3 days bc wed 6:00 pm-sat:600 pm yk what im saying? and saturday ill eat a omad for my fourth omad and today was usually an omad last year but i fasted so idk
also so now my scedule is
sun fast
mon omad
salad and yogurt and sugar free jello and magicpop thing and rice cake and 1/2 halo top ife creme and a peice of gum and 2 glasses of this juice i bought for 300 calories
tue omad same as mon 300 c
wed omad 4 oz pasta with sauce and cheese 500c
thu fast
fri fast
sat omad whateevr my mom cooks 700c
i want to lose at least 3 pounds this week and if i dont ill eat less next week
also last year for exersize i did 10k steps a day and 20k on weekends
so ill do that
by math i should lose like 3-4 pounds
lets see by the end of the week
