help

like in january i did a fast and i used a baggy to put my food in that i was pretending to eat and i was supposed to throw it out after school but i forgot and its been rotting in my box and i opened my box this week to get a body wash out and its closed but it just smells horrible and i dont know what to do i cant bring it to school and theow it oit there because rhe smell is just do obvious snd bad and i cant throw it in the garbage because itll stink up the house and i cant throw it in the outside garbage because my mom has a ring doorbell help what do i do it smells so so so so bad
