so if i lose that much for fasting for two days
if i fast on thu,fri,sat, ill lose even more like 4-6lbs
and i think ill get to my gw1 in the next two weeks!!!!
ill try to not eat a lot today because its my dads birthday ill be in a calorie deficit of 250c and tomarorw ill be in one of 350c
ill weigh myself tomarrow morning after eating little today and see what happens
