how to stay safe from a cyber stalker/doxxer

okay honestly i get it most of you guys are young kids who know nothing but oh my god you guys all failed internet safety if i was a malicious person its over for you guys

i am in cybersecurity, i do stalking as a hobby, no i do not encourage stalking or doxxing do with this information as you will

1) I usually look for extremely specific information that narrows down where you can be found (Real names, school/city initials, area code. For photos, i can find information like names and more within it)

2) if you use the same username for most sites (which most people do), i search through the internet until i can find something that matches

3) honestly the most damaging information that you should never let out to me is your full legal name or any private information, even if its other peoples information. By proxy, i can find you from those people

begging you guys to not be stupid and not share personal information on the internet???? its the easiest and safest thing you can do wtf
